2. Products and Artisanal Craftsmanship

• All ROLZARYA products are meticulously handcrafted by master artisans using luxurious materials and semi-precious crystal stones. Because these materials originate directly from nature, each piece possesses its own natural character. As a result, variations in color, tone, veining, texture, clarity, and finishing are expected and celebrated as part of the stone’s inherent beauty. These natural characteristics do not constitute defects.
• Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, no two items will ever be perfectly identical — each creation is a unique work of art formed by nature and refined by skilled craftsmanship.
• ROLZARYA reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, description, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Processing & Payment

• Orders may be placed directly on the Site or through our approved customer service channels.
• An order is considered officially confirmed once you receive written Payment confirmation via email/text from ROLZARYA.
• We accept multiple payment methods.
• Prices may change without notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored.

4. Production, Shipping & Deliver

• As all items are handcrafted, the standard production and dispatch timeframe is min. 3–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
• Delivery times depend on the destination and may vary due to courier availability, customs, or unforeseen delays.
• Free shipping for all products.
• Upon delivery, customers must inspect their products immediately. Any claim regarding damage, incorrect item, or defects must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt along with proof of issue.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Eligibility

Because items are made to order by hand, returns and exchanges are limited to the following situations:

1. Manufacturer technical error or defect
2. Incorrect size, model, or design delivered compared to the order
3. Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels and documentation intact

Return/Exchange Period:

• Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Shipping Costs:

• Due to the substantial weight and fragility of our art pieces, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases where ROLZARYA is at fault.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-designed pieces, personalized commissions, or items altered per client specifications are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site—including but not limited to product designs, imagery, logos, trademarks, text, layout, graphics, product names, and proprietary concepts—is the exclusive property of ROLZARYA.

• All designs are original creations by the owner and produced as limited-edition works.
• Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of our content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Infringements will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

• When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and to update it as needed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You can track your order status through the created account.

8. Limitation of Liability

• ROLZARYA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products.
• In all circumstances, our total liability—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
